Dear guests, Villa LINA is situated in Brsecine, a small place near the sea, 18 km from the historic center of Dubrovnik, in the northwest of Dubrovnik Riviera. From villa you have a nice view of the sea, islands and sunset. It is surrounded by old olive trees and a garden with indigenous plants and citrus trees.

An area of 155 m² on two floors with separate entrance, offers comfortable accommodation for 10 - 13 persons. It has 5 double rooms and 3 bathrooms with toilet. Living area are consist of a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room with large sofa sets. The whole house is air-conditioned. Terrace is in the shade with outdoor barbecue and private parking place is in front of the house.

Bedding, towels and tourist tax are included in the price. The villa is equipped with SAT TV, DVD player, CD radio, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher. Pets are allowed extra charge.

The nearest beach is 400 m from the house. You can come there on foot in 8 minutes or by car in 1 minute. We have a private parking place on the beach.
